Each organisation has its own marketing challenges, be they on a strategic or tactical level. Here are a couple of examples of how we have helped other organisations with their challenges through visual marketing.
Jane Tomlinson CBE raised almost £2m for children’s and cancer charities by completing endurance feats whilst battling her own cancer. Two months before her untimely death aged 42, Jane cheered home the finishers in the inaugural Leeds 10k Run For All 2007.
Since then, the appeal launched as her lasting legacy, has grown to become a major participation sports event organiser with over 20 events across 11 cities. Funds raised are now close to £8m.
As an event organiser, the charity needs to promote participation from both runners and sponsors alike. At the event, signage is important to theme the event, promote sponsors and provide directional wayfinding to ensure the events run safely and efficiently.
Over the last 5 years we have worked with the Jane Tomlinson Appeal to help reduce the cost and improve the effectiveness of their visual marketing. As Leeds residents and participants from the early days of the appeal, we get a real kick out of working with the appeal.Let's talk about your event objectives
Managing large construction projects in the midst of a thriving market, with huge retail footfall and hundreds of traders was never going to be easy. One of the communication challenges where our expertise came into play was to help direct visitors to re-located traders. With very limited opportunities for visual messaging, we installed heavy duty floor graphics that could survive the rigours of such a busy market.
Another challenge we were able to help with was the installation of a 23m x 4m mural without drilling or permanently fixing anything to the Grade 1 listed building.

Produmax are a forward thinking manufacturer supplying critical parts to the aerospace sector.
As a consequence of their success and continued growth, they decided to move the entire business to a brand new site. Rather than simply putting up external signs, Produmax wanted to ensure that their core values were reflected throughout the site for both staff and visitors alike.
Although aerospace components are by definition serious; they know that this doesn’t have to imply boring. Helping Produmax to achieve their vision and to convey their character is a pleasure. We are particularly proud of the 15m x 4m display which required working at height around production machines, roof hung cable trays and their associated hangers.
